Bullseye Duels by Ted (the "App") is published by Unlimited Tedworks ("we", "us").

1. We do not collect your information

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. Bullseye Duels by Ted has no user accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no in-app purchases. The game works without an internet connection.

2. Data stored on your device

The game saves a few settings only on your own device: whether sound is on or off, the game mode and CPU level you last chose, the face-to-face setting, and your win and loss count against the CPU. This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking tools, so we send no information to any outside party. Apple may collect its own App Store and device data under Apple's separate privacy policy.

4. Children

Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children. The game has no chat, no social features, no external links, and no purchases.

5. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same web address and the effective date above will be revised.
