How do I restore purchases on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open Settings and tap Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This removes your wishes and progress immediately.
How do I report an inappropriate wish?
Tap the wish on the tree, then tap Report. We review reports and remove wishes that break the rules.
Why can't I plant a wish?
You need a wish spot. Release a burden by tapping the object 3 times to earn one. You can release up to 5 burdens per day.
How long does a wish last?
5 days. You can extend it in 5-day steps, up to 30 days in total.
I paid for an extension but it has not appeared.
Wait a minute and reopen the app. If it is still missing, email us with the time of purchase and your Apple receipt.
Refunds.
Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
