What we collect

• Account ID. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a random user ID from Apple and store it. We do not request your name or email. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option, we still do not receive an email.
• Sign in with Apple token. When you sign in, Apple also gives us a one-time authorization code. We exchange it for a token and store that token on our server only so that we can revoke your Sign in with Apple connection if you delete your account.
• Your wishes. The position of each wish on the tree, its category, the optional dedication (up to 2 letters or numbers), and the dates it was placed and when it expires. Other players see the position, category, and dedication, but never who placed it.
• Game progress on our server. Oranges earned, extension credits, and daily release counts.
• Purchase records. When you buy something, Apple processes the payment. We receive a record of what was purchased through our purchase service, RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
• Reports. If you report a wish, we store which wish was reported and your account ID, so we can review it.
• Stored only on your device. Your streak, today's taps, settings, your chosen charm, and any oranges you earned before signing in.
• Connection data. Like any online service, our server provider receives your device's IP address whenever the app connects.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics tools of our own. We do not sell or share your data for marketing. RevenueCat processes purchase records on our behalf to verify and record purchases; it does not receive your name or email.

Who processes your data

• Apple. Used for Sign in with Apple and payments. Data involved: a random user ID, an authorization code and token for sign-in, and purchase confirmation.
• Supabase. Hosts our database, which stores accounts and the shared tree. Data involved: user ID, Sign in with Apple token, wishes, game progress, and reports. Data is stored in Ireland.
• RevenueCat. Verifies and records purchases. Data involved: user ID and purchase records. What RevenueCat receives is described in its own privacy policy.

Wishes are public to other players

A wish appears on the shared tree for all players, with its category and optional dedication, until it expires. Do not put personal information in a dedication. Wishes with inappropriate dedications may be removed. A wish shown as "An Unlimited Tedworks wish" was placed by us.

How long wishes last

A wish is shown on the tree for 5 days after it is placed. A player can extend it in 5-day steps, up to a maximum of 30 days in total. Once a wish expires it is no longer shown to any player. An expired wish is removed from our database when another wish is placed in the same spot, when the player removes it, or when the player deletes their account.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and purchases are for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete my account. Deletion is immediate. It removes your account ID, your wishes, your oranges, your extension credits, and your stored Sign in with Apple token, and we ask Apple to revoke the Sign in with Apple connection for this app. A report you filed may be kept so we can finish reviewing it, but it can no longer be linked to an account. Charm purchases stay with your Apple ID and can be restored. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are governed by their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing unlimited.tedworks@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
